The film is directed by Rebecca Zlotowski and is a period drama about American sisters who are professional spiritualists in 1930s Paris. The sisters are hired by a French producer to film a movie. Depp - the daughter of Johnny Depp and Portman never met before the project. However, this wasn't a problem for their on screen relationship. In an interview, Depp said: ?We just got along really well just as soon as we met." The film's diector arranged for a spa day for the two actresses to bond before filming officially started.
