Taylor Swift was able to help a young girl dying of a congenital heart defect Meghan Hils with one final wish. the daughter of a Cincinnati police sergeant, became eligible for a wish through the Dream Foundation and all she wanted to do was speak with Swift. Meghan?s back-up choices were Ellen DeGeneres or Jimmy Fallon, but when her health declined, her dad posted her request on social media to try to speed up the process ? and Swift responded well swiftly.
