Shia Labeouf has a reputation for saying what is on his mind. In the cover story for the latest issue of Variety, the actor dishes on his feelings about the directors he's worked with. One surprise is that he didn't enjoy the time he spent with Steven Spielberg, saying he's less a director and more of a company now. Cinephiles may also be surprised at how much respect he has for Michael Bay. Of the 'Transformers' director, LaBeouf told Variety, quote, "People don't realize how dope that dude is.
