Barbra Streisand's newly released album of duets titled Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway, has debuted at number one on the Billboard Album 200 chart. This is Streisand's 11th number one album, which increases her lead in front of Madonna as the female with the most number one albums. Madonna has eight number one albums to her name. Streisand's top rankings have spanned over five decades: her first number one album, People, was released in 1964.
