Chevy Chase. (Photo: Getty Images) Los Angeles - Chevy Chase has checked into rehab. The National Lampoon's Vacation actor is an in-patient at the Hazelden Addiction Treatment Centre in Minnesota - where Robin Williams was treated in 2014 - for an alcohol-related problem. Between 2007 and 2009 he starred in two episodes of Family Guy, one as himself and another as Clark Griswold.
