As Demi Lovato's Honda Civic Tour with Nick Jonas enters its final weeks, the "Cool for the Summer" singer decided to go big Friday night at her concert stop in Cleveland. In between performing her hits including "Neon Lights," "Heart Attack" and "Stone Cold," the 24-year-old wowed the audience with her cover of "When We Were Young" by Adele.
