VIDEO : Former Nickelodeon Star Drake Bell Goes To Jail For DUI

Nickelodeon star Drake-Bell/'> Drake Bell has been sentenced to 96 hours in jail for a DUI arrest back in December. The former ? Drake and Josh? star struck a plea deal with prosecutors to serve the minimum sentence, which includes four years probation and a mandatory alcohol education program. The actor and singer was stopped by police on Dec. 21 for driving erratically in Glendale, Calif., at around 2:15 a.m. After being pulled over, the 29-year-old failed a field sobriety test. He was arrested and later released on $20,000 bail. He was previously arrested for driving under the influence in San Diego in 2009.
