A New York state appeals court has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Lindsay Lohan. The actress filed a suit that said the producers of "Grand Theft Auto" used a character that looked like her in one of their video games. A panel of judges ruled that the game didn't us an actual ?name, portrait or picture? of Lohan, so it did not violate her right to privacy. Lohan has recently been in headlines after a picture of her boyfriend, Egor Tarabasov, grabbing her roughly by the arms surfaced online.
