Martial arts expert and famed actor Jackie Chan will receive a lifetime achievement award from the Oscars.
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences made the announcement on Sept. 1st, to honor the 62-year-old actor.
For American audiences, Chan is best known for his stunt-studded action films including the Rush Hour franchise.
Chan will be joined by Frederick Wiseman, Anne V. Coates, and Lynn Stalmaster.
The documentary film maker, editor, and casting director are the recipients of the 2016 Governors Awards.
