ABC announced on Tuesday that Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte will join the cast of "Dancing with the Stars." The swimmer has been embroiled in controversy over a fabricated robbery story in Rio. Lochte says, "I think it?s everyone blowing this way out of proportion." Brazilian authorities still want to try Lochte for his vandalism crimes but he has not said whether he will return to face trial. In regards to his lying, Lochte said, "I take full responsibility. I?m human. I made a mistake. A very big mistake."
