The creators of the upcoming Baywatch reboot have been successful so far in keeping many of the details under-wraps. Of course, some rumors are circulating about the backstory of character Matt Brody, played by Zac Efron. In the original Brody was wrongly accused of sexual assault, was later acquitted but eventually left the show. Apparently writers plan to take Efron's portrayal of the character down the same path in a oddly familiar way. Rumor has it the new Matt Brody will be a Olympic Gold Medalist who gets in trouble with the law and volunteers as a lifeguard for community service. Talk about art imitating life!
