VIDEO : John Krasinski 'stole' a trick from George Clooney

John Krasinski directs and stars in his latest film, "The Hollars" which arrives in theaters Friday. Although it might sound challenging to carry off both tasks, Krasinski told CNN it was "easy." He explained that it was easier to critique actors when he was on stage with them. Krasinski also oked that as an actor he has stolen a lot of ideas from directors over the years. For example,he said George Clooney and Sam Mendes once said the best idea has to go on screen no matter who says it. Krasinski says he pays special attention to the critiques from the cast on how to make a scene better.
