Spencer Morrill from Tennessee was the center of an episode of MTV's "Catfish:The TV Show," where he realized he'd entered into a relationship with a Canadian woman living in London who was posing as pop star Katy Perry. Morrill may have had all his ideas and heart crushed, but at least Perry offered a few words of sympathy saying her "heart goes out to him," and that the whole situation is "really unfortunate and very sad.
