The Toronto Film Festival has announced the members of its Platform competition jury. Director Brian De Palma, Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi and Cannes alumnus Mahamat-Saleh Haroun will serve as the judges of the film competition. Films included in this year's fest include a Jackie Kennedy Onassis biopic starring Natalie Portman, William Oldroyd's Lady Macbeth and many other films from outside of the Hollywood spotlight. The winning movie will be awarded twenty-five thousand dollars.
