Ryan Lochte is reportedly joining season 23 of Dancing with the Stars. ABC hasn't made an official announcement but insiders say that Lochte has always wanted to appear on the show and he's definitely a forerunner. Lochte is currently involved in a scandalous controversy that took place at the Olympic Games in Rio. The Olympic swimmer fabricated details of a story to police, claiming that he and three of his fellow teammates were robbed at gunpoint at a gas station. In actuality, the four swimmers had vandalized the station's bathroom and were being asked to pay for the damages.
