In a recent interview with The Wrap, Tika Sumpter and Parker Sawyers sat down to share what inspiration they drew from the real Obama's to play younger versions of Michelle and Barack in a new movie from producer John Legend ?Southside With You". Sumpter said ?I think seeing two public figures in the forefront who actually are affectionate to each other ? I don?t know, I think it does something to a lot of people ?. ?Southside With You? takes viewers back to 1989 and the first date for Barak and Michelle, as a young Barack pulls out all the stops including a power packed speech at a community event impressing his future first lady .
