VIDEO : The Rock's 'Fast & Furious' Role Was Meant for Tommy Lee Jones

As the Fast and Furious franchise heads into its eighth installment, it's hard to think of the series without Dwayne The Rock Johnson. The wrestler first joined the series for 'Fast Five' all the way back in 2011. One thing most fans don't realize, however, is that The Rock's part was originally written for Jones/'> Tommy Lee Jones. That bit of trivia was revealed by Vin Diesel in a recent Facebook post. Fast 8 is slated to hit theaters on April 17th, 2017.
