TMZ broke the news that Chris Rock and Malaak Compton, his wife of 20 years, have finalized their divorce.
Although they separated in 2014, they have spent years negotiating the terms of their settlement.
Rock and Compton got married in 1996 and have two children together, ages 12 and 14.
The former couple also has another child, an eight-year-old named Ntombi, who joined their household under mysterious circumstances.
Ntombi is reportedly the child of South African street merchants and she began living with Rock and his family when she was six months old.
Ntombi was never legally adopted by Rock and Compton, raising a number of questions.
