Ciara and Russell Wilson had a little bit of trouble planning their big day! According to their wedding planner, Mindy Weiss, the famous pair had to change their plans twice! Mindy revealed the couple had originally planned to get married in north Carolina, but called that off due to the transgender bathroom laws. They then planned a Paris wedding, but it ended up being too difficult due to Couture Fashion Week. They finally chose London in a castle? seems like third time really IS the charm!
