Coming in at number one, Celebuzz noted that Lovato did not seem pleased with Taylor Swift during the Kesha's case against Dr. Luke. During the case, Swift donated a generous $250,000 dollars to help Kesha's legal battles. However, Lovato seemed displeased that Swift stayed silent through the process. She tweeted: "Take something to Capitol Hill or actually speak out about something and then I'll be impressed." Celebuzz noted that this was a clear dig at Swift.
