Jared Leto has an exciting new project on the horizon. The Suicide Squad actor will appear in the sequel to the 1982 cult classic Blade Runner. According to an announcement from Alcon Entertainment, Leto will play a newly introduced character in the movie. Director Denis Villeneuve is set to direct the film. Leto join a star studded cast, including Harrison Ford who starred in the original film. Other cast mates include Ryan Gosling, Robin Wright, Mackenzie Davis and Barkhad Abdi. Warner Bros announced that the film will release in October of 2017.
