A police report shows that a man has been waiting outside Kendall Jenner's home to try and talk to her. Although it may seem like an overzealous fan, this is a stalking case and he was arrested.
The report states that
Shavaughn MacKenzie went up to her car and then banged on her window, telling her that he didn't have a gun.
The report states, Jenner then remained calm the car, called her manager and waited for the police to arrive.
