Kendall Jenner filed a restraining order against a man who was arrested out side of her Los Angeles home. The reality TV star and model called the police after 25 year old Shavaughn MacKenzie followed Jenner into her drriveway and banged on her window. In her restraining order application, Jenner wrote that she has seen MacKenzie escorted away from her home multiple times. He once ran into traffic to try to get her to stop.
