In the thirty-plus years since An American Werewolf in London fist saw initial theatrical release, the movie has gained a cult following. Director John Landis broke the mold with his scary comedy feature in 1981. The latest word , though is his modern classic might be up for a remake ? courtesy of Max Landis, the director's son.
According to Bloody Disgusting, Max Landis screenwriter of Victor Frankenstein will be penning the script for the An American Werewolf in London remake. Speaking to the project in question on Twitter, the screenwriter stated that ?Since I get the question all the time: There?s only one of my dad?s movies I?d ever be willing to try to remake and I?m already doing it.?
