Is Natalie Portman done playing Thor's girlfriend in future Marvel movies? Well as far as she knows she has kissed Thor for the last time. Portman was interviewed by The Wall Street Journal and they touched on the subject briefly. She stated, "
?As far as I know, I?m done. I don?t know if, maybe, one day they?ll ask for an Avengers 7 or whatever. I have no idea! But as far as I know I?m done." Portman played Jane Foster, the astrophysicist who became the love interest of the thunder god played by Chris Hemsworth. Portman is a considerable acting talent but she wasn't used very much in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Jane Foster in the comic book series, however is featured quite prominently in recent storylines even becoming Thor herself at one point. There is no telling if she will be brought back at some point but she is definitely not going to be in Thor: Ragnarok which will be in theaters on November 3rd, 2017.
