The 19-year-old models one of fall's most dramatic looks for the "Making the Cut" feature of the issue, joining alongside other big names, like Zendaya , Willow Smith and Jaden Smith , who all rock similarly daring ensembles. In the spread, Kylie models a gorgeous, red Gucci dress adorned with frilly shoulders, fur sleeves, an embellished neck and bold, white and blue chevron stripes.
