Helen Mirren may be heading back to television for a new spy series according to "The Sun". Mirren was last on television ten years ago when she played detective Jane Tennison in "Prime Suspect" The new show will be adapted from the "Thomas Kell" spy novels by the original novelist Charles Cumming. Mirren will be playing the head of MI6 who goes missing. Colin Firth will try to come to her rescue as Thomas Kell, a disgraced spy and veteran. Mirren will next be seen in Fast & Furious 8 alongside Vin Diesel and Dwayne The Rock Johnson.
