National Geographic Channel is going big for its first scripted series. the network has chosen actor Geoffrey Rush to play Albert Einstein in its anthology drama "Genius", The first season of the series will be based on Walter Isaacson?s celebrated biography of the famous scientist, with the pilot to be directed by Ron Howard. Rush, who has previously won an emmy and been nominated four times for an oscar, will play the older Einstein while Newcomer Johnny Flynn will play the younger version of the physicist.
