Adele took a moment at a recent concert to address the rumors that she declined an offer to perform at the Super Bowl. The NFL and its Half Time Show sponsor Pepsi released a joint statement saying that they have approached multiple artists about the possibility of performing during the big game, but no formal offers have been made. Regardless, Adele told the concert crowd in Los Angeles, quote, ?Come on. That show is not about music, and I don?t dance or anything like that. They were really kind, they did ask me, but I did say no.?
