John?s since been living a quiet life in New Mexico and making his way as a a tattoo artist who works out of the kitchen in his motor home. William H. Macy plays his AA sponsor. John has to resort to his violent old ways to save his runaway daughter from bad guys. So, what do the critics say? Movie review aggregate website certifies the film as fresh, giving it an 89 based on 19 reviews. Metacritic was a less enthusiastic about the movie, handing it a 65% based on 12 reviews.
