Just when you thought the Taylor Swift furor quieted to a dull roar, an exec from her record label went ahead and stoked the flames powering the rumor mill. Yesterday afternoon, Scott Borchetta, CEO and president of Swift's label, Big Machine, tweeted a big old "NOPE" to fan speculation that Swift's sixth album will be released in the coming months: This response has the whiff of a red herring, especially given Swift's track record: she's released a new album in the fall every other year since 2006.
