Katy Perry has remained silent on where she comes down in the legal battle between singer Kesha and music producer Dr. Luke. According to Celebuzz.com Perry's silence can be construed as support for Dr. Luke since she hasn't spoken out against him or made any of her own claims of sexual harassment. Maybe thats because Dr. Luke was instrumental in helping Perry make a ton of money from a rights deal for teh Olympics to use her brand new single, "Rise" in their festivities and marketing. Kesha accused producer of sexual assault but just announced she is dropping the suit in California where she originally filed but will continue the lawsuit she also filed in New York.
