Grammy winner Ed Sheeran has been hit with a lawsuit by Martin Harrington and Thomas Leonard, and their publishing company HaloSongs. All contend that ?Photograph? by sheeran is copied from their 2009 track "Amazing." Court documents state that "the songs' similarities reach the very essence of the work.? The song?s similarities are said to be substantial, and it is sufficient enough to establish copyright infringement.
