Grammy Award-winning country singer LeAnn Rimes is describing her new album as "soul-based." The album, titled Remnants, will be released in October and it's Rimes' first album with her new label RCA UK. 33-year-old Rimes has said that gospel and soul were huge musical influences growing up and those influences are present in the new album. She says that she's been staying "very hush hush" about the album with family and friends but she does ocassionally "turn to her actor husband Eddie Cibrian and step-children for feedback."
