(Photo: Universal Pictures) Dwayne " The Rock" Johnson has become the unofficial hype man for the Fast & Furious franchise, taking his massive social media following and turning it into a PR launch pad for Fast 8. This latest installment will see Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his crew moving their vehicular anti-hero antics to NYC, while The Rock's lawman character, Hobbs, finds himself inside of a prison cell (for reasons yet to be revealed).
