After his arrest last month, Los Angeles prosecutors say Tom Sizemore will not face felony domestic violence charges.
According to a charge evaluation worksheet by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office completed Friday, the woman Sizemore is accused of attacking had minor injuries.
The case has been referred to city prosecutors for a possible misdemeanor filing.
On July 19th the 54-year-old actor was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence battery.
