Woody Allen will debut his small-screen series on Amazon on September 30. The title for Allen's project is "Crisis in Six Scenes." The comedy is set during the upheaval of the 1960s and focuses on a suburban family dealing with the chaos brought by a visitor. The cast includes Allen, Miley Cyrus and Elaine May.
Amazon also announced "One Mississippi" will be coming out September 9, featuring comedian Tig Notaro and inspired by events in her life.
The streaming service also spoke of the return of "Transparent," the transgender-themed comedy which will begin its third season on September 23.
