Kesha is back on the road and seems to be in good spirits. As her legal battle with Dr. Luke carries on, the "Tik Tok" singer headed to Atlantic City in New Jersey Saturday night to continue her "F--k the World Tour." While fans will be delighted to know the show features her biggest hits including "Your Love Is My Drug" and "Timber," Kesha couldn't help but display her happiness at being on stage once again. She wrote on Instagram Sunday afternoon, "The show I have always wanted to put on has finally come to fruition," adding "I'm so happy. See y'all out there on the road creeps." Kesha's latest performance is the first gig since she filed to dismiss her sexual assault lawsuit against Dr. Luke in California. She will continue to pursue her appeal and other legal claims in the New York courts.
