We are starting to think R&B artist Frank Ocean enjoys toying with people as yet again the singer has announced the release of his new album and not dropped it. Ocean promised his new album 'Boys Don't Cry' would drop on August 5th, unfortunately, that day came and went with no album! Fans are still holding on though, hoping that one day they will get to hear Frank Ocean's smooth voice lay down some new tracks.
