After a railing collapsed at BB&T Pavilion, officials and a witness tell NBC10 Philadelphia at least five people were hurt and dozens of people were sent tumbling to the concrete below. The collapse happened around 10 p.m. during a Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa concert Friday night.
when the large section of railing gave way, concertgoer Katie Colbridge said Snoop Dogg and fellow rapper Wiz Khalifa were heading onto to a secondary stage. The stage was a few feet from the barrier that collapsed.
