Oliver Stone has made a new Public Service Announcement asking people to turn off their cellphones while watching a movie in the theater. Actually, the director goes a bit further, warning the audience about the dangers of the information in their phone. In addition to being a psa, the clip also serves as promotional material for Stone's new film, Snowden.
