The most affordable house by itself is $8.75 million. The $8.75 million mansion has a Spanish-style aesthetic. It is 3,920 square-feet, and it has five bathrooms and four bedrooms. If anyone has the money to afford any of Hank?s previous mansions, they?ll be happy to know that there will always be a bathroom available to use.
