Critics are already expecting ABC's new series Designated Survivor to be a hit. But it took some convincing to get star Kiefer Sutherland to decide to get back into TV. At a panel at the Television Critics Association summer conference, the actor told reporters, quote, "I had no intention of doing a television show. But I remember getting to the end of the script and realizing I was potentially holding the next 10 years of my life in my hands.
