After focusing on the US's role overseas with "The Hurt Locker" and "Zero Dark Thirty," Oscar-winning director Kathryn Bigelow is now setting her sights on American history. The Director is gearing up to produce a film about the 1967 Detroit race riot, which will feature "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" actor John Boyega in a lead role.
