Reality Star Kim Zolciak-Biermann has been soaking up the sun this summer. The former star of Atlanta Housewives made many fans envious as she showed of her bikini body on her Snapchat. The 38-year-old mother of 6 stroke a pose in her bathroom captioning the photo "His arm though." By 'His', she is referring to the arm of her NFL football player husband, Kroy Biermann. In the snapchat photo Kim is wearing her white bikini with pastel accents. However, the main attraction is not her body, but her lips. Kim had recently gotten lip fillers done by plastic surgeon Dr. Kassabian.
