Before we started trying to keep up with the Kardashians, Kim was keeping up with Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. Yesterday, on the the 10-year anniversary special ?The Hills: That Was Then, This Is Now,? we learned that Kim K actually made a cameo on the MTV show in a scene with the series? blond-haired villains that never aired. Years ago, Kim had gone to a party at Montag?s home with Pratt, who just so happened to be one of Brody Jenner?s best friends.
