VIDEO : Anton Yelchin's Parents Sue Fiat Chrysler For the Death Of Their Son

Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images Anton Yelchin 's parents went public with their wrongful death lawsuit against Fiat Chrysler. Viktor and Irina Yelchin were visibly emotional at times as Gary A. Dordick, the lawyer speaking on their behalf, formally announced and filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court Tuesday morning at 11 a.m. local time. In addition to listing Fiat Chrysler (which makes the Jeep Grand Cherokee involved in Anton's fatal accident ), the Star Trek actor's parents plan to seek punitive damages against manufacturer ZF North America and the AutoNation car retailer chain.
