VIDEO : Nearly $1.4 Million Left Without A Will After Anton Yelchin's Death

According to Los Angeles court records, Irina and Victor Yelchin have filed to become the administrators of their son's estate. Star Tre actor Anton Yelchin's has left behind almost $1.4 million with no will to say how his property should be distributed. The 27 year old actor who played Pavel Chekov in the rebooted Star Trek franchise died on June 19th when he was crushed by his Jeep Grand Cherokee in the driveway of his Studio City home. On Monday, an attorney representing Yelchin's parents said that they plan to sue Jeep maker Fiat Chrysler for their son's death. The Grand Cherokee had been part of a recall that covered 1.1 million cars this past April due to a problematic gear shift.
