The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that Nick Jonas is in early talks to join Sony's Jumanji. If cast, the singer would join Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson in the remake of the 1995 feature. Although Jonas is known primarily as a singer and songwriter, he recently showed off his acting chops in the Sundance movie Goat, a college psychological thriller set to hit theaters on September 23, in which he stars as an overzealous fraternity brother. Jonas also currently appears in the MMA fighting drama Kingdom, which was just renewed for a third season by DirectTV.
