Stephen Colbert had some jokes for himself and Comedy Central after a late night segment caught the attention of the cable network's legal team.
According to Colbert, his "former" character from the Colbert Report is actually the intellectual property of his previous network.
But the legal warning Colbert received had him a bit confused, as the comedian said, he never considered the late show character to be an intellect.
